Not at all! The welding process is completely painless as the weld is made on the chain, not on your skin.

Most appointments take around 15–30 minutes, depending on the number of pieces and any charms or connectors selected.

No worries! We understand that accidents happen. If your Aura-Link permanent jewellery breaks and the chain is still intact, we're happy to re-weld it for you complimentary. Jewellery originally fitted by another permanent jewellery provider may incur a small re-weld fee. Please note that Aura-Link is unable to take responsibility for lost jewellery, damaged chains or missing sections.
