8. Permanent Jewellery Appointments & Booking Policy

A $20 booking deposit is required to secure all permanent jewellery appointments. Your booking deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your jewellery on the day of your appointment.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in the $20 booking deposit being forfeited. A new deposit may be required to secure another appointment.

10. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are significantly late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other bookings.

11. Jewellery Selection & Final Price

The $20 paid at booking is a deposit only and is not the total price of your jewellery. Final pricing will depend on the chain, jewellery type, length, and any charms or connectors selected during your appointment. The $20 deposit will be deducted from your final total.

12. Permanent Jewellery

Permanent jewellery is custom fitted and welded closed without a traditional clasp. By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge the nature of permanent jewellery and understand that it may need to be cut or removed if required for medical procedures, workplace requirements or other circumstances.
